The Local Money Marketplace PBC is working to improve the capital ecosystem in the State of Colorado.  

Organized as a public benefit corporation, the Local Money Marketplace operates as a non-partisan, public action forum on improving access to capital for Colorado innovators, entrepreneurs and businesses as well as projects of charitable organizations and economic development agencies.

Our vision of improving the capital ecosystem includes:

1. Improving the capabilities of our Members,
2. Improving the quality of capital transactions,
3. Increasing the quantity and types of available capital, and
4. Removing or mitigating laws and regulations that unnecessarily restrict completion of capital transactions.

We are a voice for access to capital.
